Overnight Oats for filling and easy breakfast

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1 cup milk( any milk you like or greek yogurt)
  • Add any fruits of your choice like: banana, cheeries, dates, apples
  • Add cocoa powder for chocate oats (I used to hate oats so this was my way to eat them)
  • Add peanut butter for flavor and avoid if your allergic

Instructions:

  1. Add cup of milk and oats in a air tight box
  2. Mix coco powder for flavor to enhance
  3. Keep in the fridge overnight or even two hours works.
  4. Next morning, you can add all the fruits and topping you would like
  5. Optional: Add a warm milk, if you don't like it cold

Bread toasts

Ingredients:

  • Olive oil
  • bread
  • butter
  • Banana
  • Peanut butter
  • Cinnamon(optionl)
  • 2 eggs
  • Avocado
  • Hummus
  • Any topping of your choice
  • Feta cheese
  • Salt and Pepper for taste
  • Garlic seasoning, paprika, or any choice of seasoning
  • Mayo

Instructions:

  1. Toast the bread for all the option below; if you would like
  2. For banana Toast: Toast the bread with butter, spread peanut butter and layout the banana.
  3. For Avocado Toast:Smash the avocado, add seasoning in it, add onions and tomato if you would like it. On top of bread and avocado, you can add fried or scrambled eggs
  4. For Hummus Toast: Spread the hummus on the bread and add any slices of veggies or any topping. Some eat with cucumbers or tomato
  5. And for the rest, you can easily switch things and make it in 10 minutes.

Salads for lunch

Ingredients:

  • Hard boiled eggs
  • Mayo
  • Any vegetables
  • Any cheese of your choice
  • Salt and pepper to taste( add any seasoniongs you'd like)
  • Rice/Quinoa/ Just mixed lettuce and spinach
  • Beans/Edamame
  • Chicken/ Turkey/ Steak/ Fish/ Seafood
  • Dressing with salad

  • Your homemade dressing
  • Apple cider vinegar + Olive oil + Honey + Mustard
  • Plain yogurt + Lemon juice + Garlic
  • Herbs + Maya + Salt + Pepper
  • Clean store bought dressing

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, you can add all the ingredients you have with you.
  2. Can add scrambled eggs or boiled eggs, whatever your heart wants❤️
  3. You can kimchi, if thats what your looking for.
  4. For egg salad: I usually smash boiled eggs and add mao, salt, pepper, garlic seasoning and eat with bread BUT you can add rice, salads with it.

Wraps

Ingredients:

  • Whole Wheat Wrap
  • Hummus
  • Spinach
  • Carrots
  • Cucumber
  • Any protein
  • Seasonings and sauces as you wish

Instructions:

  1. If you'd like, you can add veggies raw. But I like it a bit cooked and seasoned.
  2. I usually add hot sauce to it, cause I like it spicy🌶️
  3. You can it for lunch or dinner

Stir fry

Ingredients:

  • Mixed Veggies
  • Soy Sauce/ Teriyaki Sauce/ Any sauce
  • Onion + Green pepper
  • Noodles/ Rice
  • Any protein you wish
  • Salt + Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Add all the veggies, Cook it with olive oil.
  2. Add your protein in it. After it is cooked, add your sauces and let it boil so the sauce can be thick and stick to veggies and protein
  3. Cook your noodles in boiling water for 10 to 20 mins. Add them to your sauce for more enhance the taste.
  4. Or eat with rice

Quesadilla

Ingredients:

  • Tortilla
  • Cheese
  • Black Beans
  • Salsa
  • Avocado
  • Chicken/ Turkey/ Steak

Instructions:

  1. Toast the tortilla
  2. Add the cooked beans and avocado to it
  3. Cook the protein and add seasonings to it
  4. Add sat and papper for taste. Add taco seasoning if you'd like
  5. Add salsa over the veggies and protein
