- Read the nutrition label: Always check what your eating, you could avoid things for your health.
- Use your student id: Take advantage of sales but also a lot of stores give you sale for student. Keep an eye on it.
- Frozen Food: You get frozen vegetables and fruits for cheaper and are nutrious.
Having these can help you
- Having microwave-safe plates, bowls and mugs
- Having non-stick pan and pots
- Any good knifes that will be easy to cut (Be careful everyone)
- Wooden Cutting Board to avoid plastic going in the food
- Small instapot would help make things easier (if it's allowed in dorms)
